1. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  2. Domain name registration Fee is exempt from refund.
  3. Additional non-refundable items:
    1. Gift cards
    2. Purchased Software Licenses
    3. Purchased SSL
    4. Only regular priced hosting may be refunded. Unfortunately sale of discounted items cannot be refunded.
  4. To claim your refund, we require a copy of receipt or proof of purchase, along with justification for refund.
  5. Refunds (if applicable)
    1. Once you cancel and claim a refund, your proof of purchase and the legitimate justification will be inspected, and we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
  6. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
